We invite you to stay on Wellington’s eastern shore among the beautiful beech forests in historic Days Bay.

Just a twenty minute ferry ride from Wellington or a pleasant drive around the bays, Days Bay has long been a seaside playground for Wellingtonians and visitors to the area.

Central in Days Bay is Ruru Lane Bed and Breakfast, a large, gracious house with luxurious accommodation surrounded by an abundance of trees, ferns and flowering plants.

Two generous bed sitting rooms adjoin the guest entrance hall. Choose either the Blue Room with king bed or the Red Room with a double bed. Both rooms have sofas, writing tables, tea and coffee making facilities and delightful views. Enjoy the spacious bathroom with clawfoot bath, shower and a generous range of toiletries.

Breakfast is continental with fresh juices, seasonal fruit, organic yoghurt, homemade cereal and preserves. Choose from a range of breads or items from the bakery.
